At By The Creek we also offer lot spaces for your own tiny home or park model home.  Our lots vary in size and location.  Each lot has room for a small yard.  Your lot rent will include your water bill, trash bill and sewer bill.  Tenants also have access to the fenced dog park, free laundry facility, the creek, and two gazebo community gathering areas.  We are committed to creating and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and community.
